Now let me take the reins on the day to make sure it runs without a hitch.

With my extensive experience in event planning and coordination, we’ll get together a few weeks before the day to discuss every detail to ensure you can just relax and enjoy your day to the fullest. The way it needs to be! From start to finish.

I will contact all your suppliers to ensure everyone is up to speed, and put together a schedule for the day.

I’ll assist with the set-up and delivery to make your day the day you dreamed it would be. Perfect and stress-free!

From start to finish, I will be on hand to coordinate it all.

So, what’s included? Well, there’s a LOT to think about during the day, so I will coordinate everything, including:

• Initial consultation to discuss your plans so far, and get all the information about your suppliers and how you envision the day.

• Contact and meet suppliers to ensure they know the details of the day and know where they are setting up and have everything they need

• Assist with styling and finishing touches – ensuring everything looks the way you wanted it

• Turning rooms around – from ceremony to dinner, or dinner to dancing

• Assisting suppliers when needed – collecting plates, serving on the bar, getting drinks for the band, making sure suppliers like photographers, band, etc have been fed… the list goes on!

My Fee starts from £2,000, depending on the number of consultation days leading up to the event.
